A Eurobodalla Shire Council spokeswoman said the changes were minor and in response to land owners’ concerns.
They were made to simplify planning rules and reduce red tape.
One important amendment was the zoning of certain lands under LEP 2012 to enable the full repeal of the old Urban LEP 1999.
Also included are changes to resolve zoning anomalies identified by council and land owners, rectifying the omission of building height and lot size controls on certain lands, recognising dwelling entitlements at the request of land owners and modifying some LEP clauses to clarify their intent.
Details are available at the council chambers as well as at Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma libraries and at www.esc.nsw.gov.au.
Submissions close on June 19 and can be made online, in writing or via email to council@eurocoast.nsw.gov.au.
