The red P1 rider was stopped by Batemans Bay highway patrol on the Princes Highway about 4.45pm.
His licence was suspended for three months on the spot and he was given a ticket for exceeding the speed limit by more than 30km/h.
Another P-plater was caught exceeding the passenger restriction in Moruya on Tuesday night.
The driver was stopped by police at Campbell Street for a random breath test at 11.30pm.
The breath test was negative, how-
ever, he was found to have two passengers rather than the one permitted.
He was issued an infringement notice.
