The Monaro clubs were dominant, each team winning the first round of matches against South Coast clubs.
Jindabyne Bushpigs rumbled against the Batemans Bay Boars and won 62-21 at Hanging Rock.
Broulee was knocked by Boorowa 44-17, Taralga beat Milton 24-17 and Bungendore beat Braidwood 60-10.
Crookwell won on forfeit from Bay Red.
Next weekend Batemans Bay hosts Boorowa, Broulee hosts Taralga, Milton hosts Bungendore and Crookwell hosts Braidwood.
