The 33-year-old Surfside man was stopped for a breath test on Berrima Parade on April 17.
He was arrested after a positive reading and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station.
His licence was suspended and he was issued a field court attendance notice to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on May 18, 2015.
A man has been charged with domestic assault and refused bail by Batemans Bay Police.
The 35-year-old was charged after an incident at 5am, April 21, 2015.
The assault occurred at his Surf Beach home.
An 18-year-old male from Nelligen was caught by police with cannabis on April 22.
He was issued a field court attendance notice and will appear in Batemans Bay Local Court on May 18, 2015.
