Woden overran a Seahawks side missing a number of key regulars and won 21.15 (141) to 9.7 (61).
The Blues led by 10 goals at half-time and kept the Bay to just 15 points.
The home side matched the visitors in the third quarter before late goals blew out the final margin.
Seahawks captain Sam Millynn said the Seahawks played two under 16s players in the AFL Canberra third grade match and that he was looking forward to seeing what the full strength side could do.
“We had a fair few regulars out but their endeavour the whole day was fine,” Millynn said.
“They were bigger bodied and stronger and our bigger forwards are still 19 or 20-year-old kids.
“Young Peter Thomson played well again, Luke Dudley was strong down back and Ross Hummel played well around the ground.”
The Bay has a bye this weekend before it faces ADFA in Canberra on May 2.
“We should be looking at a full strength side for the first game back,” he said.
“It’ll be much better.”
