ONE patient is being flown to hospital in a serious but stable condition after a two-vehicle accident on the Princes Highway at Moruya on Wednesday.

Three others have been taken to Moruya Hospital via road ambulance.
12.00 pm - A Southern NSW Health spokewoman said the female patient was being transported by a fixed wing aircraft to Canberra.
She said the helicopter was unable to land due to poor weather conditions.
She said none of the patients taken to Moruya Hospital were in serious conditions.
11.30 am - A NSW Ambulance spokesman said four people were involved in the accident.
Three patients were transported to Moruya Hospital via road ambulance, all in a stable condition.
He said a female passenger, believed to be in her late-teens, was being transported by NSW Ambulance Rescue Helicopter to an unknown hospital in a serious but stable condition.
11.25 am - The Princes Highway has now been opened.
11.17 am - The person trapped has been freed and the camper van has been turned upright.
It is understood Police hope to re-open the road soon.
11.05 am - Batemans Bay SES are also on the scene.
Emergency crews are still working to free the trapped person.
10.55 am - SES are working at the scene to free a person trapped in a camper van.
The accident involved a four-wheel drive and a camper van.
The camper van is on its side.
Traffic is banked up for one kilometre in the south-bound lane.
10.40am - It is understood one person is trapped.
The road is currently closed.
10.30 am - A NSW Ambulance spokesman said an ambulance crew received a call to a two car motor vehicle crash on the Princes Highway at Moruya.
He said initial reports suggested there were three patients involved.
It is understood the accident occurred near the Larry's Mountain Road intersection.
Moruya SES and Police are also on scene.
