Former transport minister Gladys Berejiklian has been appointed Treasurer, Brad Hazzard has moved from Attorney-General to Family and Community Services and Deputy Premier and Nationals leader Troy Grant has been appointed Minister for Justice and Police, Minister for the Arts and Minister for Racing, and is the senior minister in the Justice cluster.
Two new faces will be brought into Mike Baird's cabinet, it said, Baulkham Hills MP David Elliott and Cronulla MP Mark Speakman.
Mr Elliott has been appointed minister for Corrective Services, Emergency Services and Veterans Affairs.
Leslie Williams has been given Early Childhood education, Aboriginal Affairs and will also be assistant education minister.

Pittwater MP Rob Stokes reportedly moves from environment to planning, while John Ajaka retains disability services and will be Multiculturalism Minister.
Responsibility for TAFE has moved from the Education cluster to the Industry cluster and will be the responsibility of Minister for Regional Development, Skills and Small Business, John Barilaro.
As foreshadowed, Wollondilly MP Jai Rowell has been dumped from cabinet, but Goulburn MP Pru Goward has survived, moving from planning to Mental Health,
Medical Research, Assistant Minister for Health, Minister for Women, and Minister
for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
