He was found guilty and fined for  three firearms and three drugs charges, committed on December 27.

For having a single-shot .177 calibre air rifle in his possession, the 38-year-old, of Catalina Drive, Batemans Bay, was fined $1000. He was fined for possessing an unregistered firearm, $1000 for possessing an unauthorised firearm, and $1000 for not keeping a firearm safely.

For possessing cannabis, using cannabis and possessing a home-made bong, he was fined $200 on each charge.
