The Bay side secured the title with two convincing wins in the last two rounds, one against the co-ladder leaders a fortnight ago then a crushing defeat of Bay and Basin last Saturday.
Heading into the last two rounds, the Bay were two games adrift of then ladder-leaders Berry Shoalhaven Heads, but a 35-run win against Berry pulled the team to within a win with a game in hand.
On Saturday, the Bay delivered and posted a 127-run win over bottom-placed Bay and Basin to draw level on points.
Percentage was all that separated Berry and the Bay, but with an extra percentage point in front the Bay tied up the minor premiership.
Coach Andrew Malcolm was pleased with the result but was also wary that there was plenty of work still ahead.
"The club is really proud of our youngest cricketers,” Malcolm said.
“Finishing the home and away season on top the ladder in this competition is a credit to all of them.
"Now the hard work begins and all of our kids will need to be at their best just to get through this week’s game.
“I have no doubt they can do it.
“All of our players, from the kids playing their first year of cricket right through to our more experienced ones, have developed and improved significantly over the year, so they deserve to finish off in the best possible way and fight hard for the premiership."
The under 10s host a semi-final against North Nowra-Cambewarra at Surfside Oval on Saturday.
