Members of the Dinner Group, not deterred by pouring rain in their pursuit of epicurean excellence in Batemans Bay, settled in at Eat@Siam Restaurant for the chef’s magnificent and tasty banquet for 31.
Dinner Group organisers Jo Mazengarb and Dianne Grigson said there was no shortage of conversation and laughter, no doubt aided by a temperate glass of wine.
“We plan to visit several other restaurants before deciding on the venue for the next U3A Dinner Group outing in March,” Jo said.
“The aim is to sample as many of the different cuisines available as possible, alternating Asian, Indian and more traditional Australian menus.”
