Batemans Bay won the toss and made a good start as openers Jack Gallen (20) and Sean Griffin (24 not out) took the score to 46 before Gallen was run out.
Tyler Kariotis (11), Mackensie Clack (19) and Ben Wiggins (27) were the teams other double-figure scorers while the lower order sacrificed its wickets in the pursuit of quick runs.
After its allotted 30 overs Batemans Bay totaled 9/114.
In reply, Ulladulla struggled to build a top-order partnership and was 4/22 when Rocky Lavelle was caught by Clack off Liam Dufield's bowling.
The Bay pressed to finish the match early but to Ulladulla's credit, it finished its 30 overs 8/62.
Clack, Griffin, Gallen, Dufield, Charlie Valentini and Paul Bishop each picked up a wicket and Valentini had two run-outs.
In the under 16s Batemans Bay was sent in to bat against the ladder-leading Bomaderry on the first morning of its two-day match.
Liam Macpherson (12) and Darcy Knight (12) reached doubled figures but after 26.3 overs the Bay was bundled out for 62.
Batemans Bay bowled well and had Bomaderry at 3/34, however, at stumps Bomaderry was 3/84.
Macpherson, Knight and Connor Art took one wicket each while Bomaderry's Campbell Eldred remains not out on 37.
