The group walked along the beach, around the island, and on to the Broulee Surfers Surf Life Saving Club.
Children recognised their grandparents by taking them out as well as exploring along the walk with their friends.
At the surf club the group was entertained by music by Damien Coen and John Hicks before the students performed Paint You a Song for their family members.
