Police were called to a disturbance at about 1:30pm on Thursday to a caravan park at Corrigans Beach.
An officer said the man became aggressive and was arrested.
He was taken to Batemans Bay Police Station and charged.
He will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on 10/11/2014.
