It’s National Water Week and Eurobodalla Shire Council will be at the Moruya Country Markets this Saturday, October 25 to chat to residents about the local water system and how they can save water at home and in the garden.

Mayor Lindsay Brown says Council is also offering a number of other programs and incentives to help you save water for the hot summer ahead.
“Water is a precious resource and I encourage residents to come along to these events to learn how to save it. Council is also offering a range of rebates for water efficient appliances and fixtures for your home or business so phone us now on 4474 1000 to find out more,’ said Cr Brown.
Saving water at home workshop
Get some do-it-yourself tips at this workshop that will help save water in your home. You’ll also be able to ask questions about some of the bigger jobs that might require a plumber. Bookings are essential as places are limited.

Saving water in the garden workshop
Keeping our gardens alive and green often uses most of the water in a typical house during summer. Learn some water saving tricks for your garden. Bookings are essential as places are limited.
