Socrates, the central carpet python, and Darren, the diamond python, were back at the park on Wednesday, but Goldie, another diamond python, was still unaccounted for.
Batemans Bay police said they had recovered the two snakes, but were continuing their investigations and no charges had been laid in the case.
An officer said a medium-sized diamond python was recovered from a Batemans Bay residential address on Tuesday, October 21.
The snakes were stolen along with an estimated 50 birds in a raid on the park on September 11.
Six birds were returned on October 10.
"We are overjoyed to have the two snakes back," head keeper Karen Best said.
"We would like to thank the community, the Batemans Bay Police and the Bay Post for their support and help in getting the two snakes back.
"The snakes have special requirements in heating and feeding, so we are appealing to the person who has Goldie to return her to Birdland."
She said one snake had been infested with parasites since his theft.
"Darren had parasitic ticks, but Socrates was okay," she said.
"We are a little family-owned park and we treasure our animals.
"They are like part of the family.
"It was a devastating and emotionally traumatic situation to not know where they were."
Anyone with information on the case or the whereabouts of other stolen animals should phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
