The defendant, of Thomas Street, Moruya, told magistrate Doug Dick he had in the meantime filed all returns to the Australian Tax Office for the years 2001 to 2013.

Mr Dick waived the maximum fine of $63,400 and fined Mr Laurenson $100 on the first offence of failing to return information when required, and thereafter $200 on each of the remaining 12 charges.
