The club teaches children beach and surf skills at Malua Bay, which address the challenges the waves, rips and currents throw up. 

The group also plays a range of surf sports, building children’s confidence while having fun.

“It provides children with life long skills in and around Australia’s favourite playground,” Batemans Bay Nippers co-ordinator Colin Knight said.

“Who knows, you may go on to be the next generation of lifesavers.”

The club’s registration day will be held at the Malua Bay clubhouse on Sunday, October 5 between 10am to noon.
