The offences were for aggravated break and enter, enter building/land and commit indictable offence, intimidation, malicious damage and assault.
He was bailed to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on September 22.

A 32-YEAR-old Surf Beach man was arrested for drink-driving in Surf Beach on Wednesday night.
The man was pulled over by police in his white van for a random breath-test on Hume Road at 9pm.
The test was positive and he was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station, where a breath analysis returned a mid-range reading.
The man was suspended from driving and issued with a field court attendance notice.
He will appear in Batemans Bay Local Court on October 13.
