Neither team could find the back of the net in regular time but Moruya shot ahead after Justin McDonald finished a cross in the early minutes of the extra period.
Moruya's lead was short-lived when Dominic Patrizi equalised almost instantly after kick-off to put the game in a deadlock.
A few minutes later Dean Carmichael potted the eventual match winner.
Carmichael was off-balance and floated a ball across the face of the goal which found the back corner of the net, and put his side in the grand final.
Moruya will tackle Bodalla next week for a shot in the decider after Bodalla defeated Broulee 3-1 in the men's minor semi-final.
