Ashleigh Dillon put Clyde 1-nil ahead in the 30th minute with a shot from a low cross and her side looked set for another win.
The Swans had other ideas and constantly counter-attacked.
Crystal Staunton nearly equalised when her long-range free kick hit the crossbar in the 35th minute.
Staunton made amends 10 minutes into the second half with a curling free kick into the top right-hand side of the net to level the score 1-1.
From that point, play was frantic and both sides tried to dominate mid-field.
In the 62nd minute, the Swans went ahead 2-1 when Ali Baker’s cross was bundled into the net by Adele Saines.
Clyde, who beat Moruya Swans 3-1 in their previous encounter, launched an all-out attack but the disciplined visitors survived, aided by Renee Johnston’s fine goalkeeping.
Clyde coach Paul Dillon reflected on his side’s chances, including hitting a post and a crossbar during the match.
He believed the crossbar shot deflected beyond the goal line.
“We scored but it just wasn’t given,” Paul said.
“We weren’t switched on today and things just weren’t going our way.”
Moruya Swans co-coach Andrew Catsaras told his team post-match it was the best game they had played.
“Every time they came at us, you stopped them,” Catsaras told his players.
