A seven-year-old boy was taken to hospital after he touched a fallen powerline earlier this week.
The boy was walking to the school bus with his mother along a footpath on Tallawang Ave on Tuesday when he touched a fallen powerline and received an electric shock.
He escaped the incident with only minor injures and was treated at the scene by ambulance officers.
The boy was also taken to Batemans Bay Hospital for observation.
