WHAT a pity Mariannina de Rocco did not check the facts (Bay Post, April 11). Giuseppe Cacciapaglia was not denied the use of the piano belonging to the South Coast Music Society for his concert on April 6.

Face the music
As with all concerts which are other than not-for-profit, the use of the piano incurs a fee.
The organisers of the concert were informed of this and surprisingly, as it was such a nominal fee, decided to turn it down.
