Celebrant Cathy Milliken conducted the ceremony before the 100 guests.
Tracey, the daughter of Carol Chesher of Moruya and the late Denis Chesher, wore an elegant slim-fitting lace gown with lace cap sleeves and a chapel train, from Nouveau Riche, Queanbeyan.
Her sister Leanne Ta was matron of honour and her friend Jacinta Wong was the bridesmaid.
They wore tea-length black chiffon frocks with matching bolero jackets from Eve's Fashions, Moruya.
The flower girls – Tracey’s niece Jessica Ta and Tracey and Joel’s 14-month-old daughter Madison Alcock - wore pretty white chiffon and tulle dresses, purchased in Canberra.
Flowers Parties Gifts, Moruya, made the bride’s bouquet of red roses, the bridesmaids’ posies of cream roses, the groom’s red-rose button hole and the groomsmen’s cream-rose button holes.
Their hair and makeup were by Terrie Badullovich and Katherine Buttsworth from Elite Hair Studio.
Joel, the son of Lin and John Alcock of Berowra Waters, was attended by his friends Joshua Higgins as best man and James Edmeades as groomsman.
They wore single-breasted black suits with white shirts and black ties, hired from Sam Catanzariti Menswear, Canberra.
The wedding reception marquee at Coachhouse Marina Resort boasted a red, white and black theme, with a beautiful red floral centrepiece.
The three-tier white and chocolate mud wedding cake, adorned with red roses, was made by Joel's sister, Penny Clark.
Tracey’s mother’s partner, Robert Jay, was master of ceremonies and her sister Leanne made a beautiful fan for each guest.
The happy couple and daughter Madison honeymooned at Bandara Resort and Spa, Koh Samui, Thailand.
