Batemans Bay surf life savers rescued seven adults and a baby from the vessel, which ran aground on rocks at the headland between Caseys Beach and Corrigans Beach on Monday afternoon.
The Westpac Life Saver helicopter, Marine Rescue, police and Batemans Bay surf life savers responded to the scene.
Far South Coast director of surf life saving, Andrew Edmunds, said all people on the boat were safe and uninjured.
"A rescue crewman was winched onto the boat from the aircraft," he said.
"All passengers were then brought to shore by the inflatable rescue boat. After all persons were safely on shore the catamaran was retrieved from rocks by Marine Rescue volunteers.
"A great joint response with eight people successfully rescued without injury."
