Two women have been charged following an alleged aggravated break and enter offence in Bodalla.
Police allege the women were among a group of people who forced an entry into a house in Sutcliffe Street, Bodalla, at about 11am on Friday.
The group allegedly threatened the 25-year-old male occupant with a baseball bat and a spear gun.
A single shot was fired into a wall before they left the premises and no-one was injured.
Police attached to the Far South Coast local area command arrived at the house a short time later and established a crime scene.
Forensic examinations were conducted and a number of items were seized.
At about noon on the same day, police arrested two women, aged 34 and 30, in Narooma.
They were later charged with several offences, including aggravated break and enter.
Both were refused bail and are due to appear in Narooma Local Court on August 16.
A third woman has been interviewed in relation to the incident but was released without charge.
Police would like to speak with an unidentified man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
