A man will face court to answer an allegation of public mischief after telling police a piece of takeaway chicken about to be consumed by his son was contaminated.
On June 20, 2012, police from the Shoalhaven Local Area Command were told a man had found a pill inside a piece of takeaway chicken purchased from a South Coast fast food outlet.
After investigations by police from Shoalhaven Local Area Command, a Future Court Attendance Notice was issued to a 27–year-old man from Mollymook Beach.
It will be alleged the pill was from the man’s residence.
He will appear in Milton Local Court on August 30, 2012.
