Thanks from a grateful customer
My family and I would like to thank the staff of Essential Energy for their outstanding service during our recent storm.
I returned home on Tuesday at 5pm to no power, even though my neighbour had power. I rang Essential to log a report. I received a call at 7pm from Glen at Essential to say that there was a tree down at Kobada Ave and that the crew was on its way to fix the problem.
The weather was atrocious. The wind was howling and the rain was sideways.
By 10pm we had power. At 7am today I received another call from Glen asking if we had power. These guys put their lives in danger to make sure we all had power and for that they deserve a medal.
I know it is their job but working in those conditions is above and beyond and I would like to say thank you to Essential for their amazing customer service.
