Alcohol, drug paraphernalia, prohibited weapons, and cash were seized by police after they swarmed the bikie gang's domain at 3.30pm on Saturday.
The raid was part of Operation Ranmore - a State-wide police crackdown on outlaw motorcycle gangs, which started in May.
Police described the clubhouse as "heavily-fortified".
It was the third police raid in two days on a motorcycle gang clubhouse, Far South Coast Local Area Commander Superintendent Wayne Starling said.
"Police will allege they discovered a number of the weapons concealed in various locations inside the clubhouse, including a pickaxe handle which was located in a wall, behind a poster," Supt Starling said.
A dagger was also found.
"The raid was conducted by the Far South Coast Target Action Group and Licensing police, with the assistance of State Crime Command's Gangs Squad," Supt Starling said.
He said the clubhouse was operating illegally as an unlicensed premise, with alcohol allegedly sold to
members of the public on several occasions.
"There have been several breaches of the Liquor Act but police are also concerned that quite a number of members of the public have attended the Rebels' unlicensed clubhouse ...those people are breaking the law," Supt Starling said.
"We warn the public that any
person found inside unlicensed premises is committing an offence - they can be charged and fined."
Inquiries will continue in relation to several Rebels members, Supt Starling said, and he expects they will be charged with a number of offences.
On Friday night Gangs Squad detectives used warrants on Hells Angels' premises in the Sydney suburbs of Guildford and Petersham. Five men were arrested and alcohol, drugs, weapons and cash were seized. Police have checked on more than 80 other outlaw motorcycle gang clubhouses over the past two months as part of Operation Ranmore.
