Detectives from Strike Force Kook raided the property on April 7 as part of eight co-ordinated drug raids, which led to the arrest of six people.
The operation stemmed from a long-running investigation targeting alleged commercial drug manufacture and supply by members of the Rebels motorcycle gang.
A search of the Bingie property, south of Moruya, uncovered a very large clandestine laboratory, allegedly used to manufacture a large commercial quantity of methylamphetamine (speed).
After further investigations, strike force officers yesterday arrested a 33-year-old man at an Australia Post office at Hurstville.
Detectives allege the man was applying for a passport in a false name in an attempt to leave the country.
He was taken to the Hurstville Police Station and charged with large commercial manufacture, possess fraudulent identification and obtain fraudulent passport.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear in the Sutherland Local Court today.
Two people allegedly involved in the drug bust, Adrian Stephen Farquhar, 46, and Moleta Lee Wills, 23, have already appeared before Batemans Bay Local Court over charges relating to illegal activities at the Bingie residence.
Police allege Ms Wills was one of three people discovered on the Bingie property during the April 7 raid.
Police allegedly discovered more than 100 litres of chemicals and equipment used for the extraction of pseudoephedrine from cold and flu tablets on the property.
The case against Mr Farquhar has been adjourned until October 26. He is presently restricted from applying for a passport and was told by the court not to approach any international departure point.
